Role Description:
Support and lead the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of work responsibilities. This role offers an opportunity to work with some of the well-known restaurateurs and chefs in the World. Also offers progression opportunities into a management accounting role.
Responsibilities:

Allocation of clients and work responsibilities within team.

Assist Directors, UK Account Handlers, MTs to meet reporting deadline targets.

Assist in mobilizing new client setup: a) Prepare templates and set up the weekly file; b) Link and setup the Sales journals; c) Guide and train clients on setting up systems and procedural controls

Assist in the recruitment process.

Conduct 1:1s meetings with each team member every month.

Design & develop analytics report for weekly, enhance and provide value addition to existing reports.

Ensure confidentiality of the bank logins of the clients.
-
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunction.

Fulfil ad-hoc requirements or data requests.

Full support and guidance to new recruits for 3 months.

Guide and alert clients on any procedural flaws or errors noticed in their financial controls for all clients under the team.

Identify & analyse trends and key performance indicators in weekly reports.

Plan and execute year-end audits.

Provide source accounting record for audit request.

Provide support & training to client for Cash-up Online, and resolving their queries.

Review forecasts, budgets, weekly performances to client, month-end management accounts, and all the processes on monthly basis.

Review the policies and procedures for accounts payable.

Set targets for individuals/teams, monitor team’s progress and give timely feedback.

Train the team on new processes, new clients, weekly accounts, analytical reports, and query-solving.

Be 100% accountable for at least 1 client, including Accounts, Supplier & Weekly responsibilities.

Handle at least 10-20 staff & minimum 20 clients.

Learn all the tasks and get hands-on experience for all the 3 divisions – Monthly, Suppliers & Weekly.
