Role Description:
Senior Manager-Operations would need to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPIs. Required to manage, in partnership with the wider account team multiple clients to deliver an outstanding ‘Customer Experience’. Manage, inspire and motivate Operation Managers to ensure operational excellence, high employee engagement and service improvement is achieved.
Responsibilities:

Providing guidance to direct reports, typically comprised of first-line managers and supervisors.

Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area.

Ensure delivery of Client KPI's including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures
-
Managing overall financial budgeting for his/her function.

Approving hiring and firing requests within his/her group.

Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a group or function.
-
Selecting, effectively managing and coaching Managers and Team Leaders.

Execute a well-defined Communication and Engagement model in place to ensure all of their teams understand the performance of our business and also that they understand the needs of their teams

Identifying and highlighting further opportunities for services and process improvements.

Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation

Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level

Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals &Interacting with senior management for reporting.

Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning.

Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders

Communicating goals, results and key performance indicators to direct reports.

Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and works with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workers.
