Finance Ministry Inviting Suggestions for Budget 2021

   From many years Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance has been consulting various Industry/Commerce Association, Trade Bodies, Expert, etc for the suggestions of Annual Budget. But due to the pandemic situation Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance are unable to get consultation face to face. This year they have created an E-mail for the various consultant so that they can give suggestions to Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance.

This year Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance wants to make Annual Budget more democratic and participatory by allowing any citizen of India to give suggestions for the Annual Budget 2021.Finance Ministry has launched a suggestion Box on MyGov portal from 15^th November 2020. The suggestions will only be accepted up to 30^th November 2020.

Individuals can now give suggestions on - https://www.mygov.in/mygov-survey/inviting-suggestions-budget-2021-22/ by providing Mobile No / Email Id. Various Ministry will examine the suggestions given by the Individuals and if further needed will be contacted on Mobile No / Email Id provided while giving suggestions.

This is a good initiative by the Government so that the common people can also participate in the process of preparing Annual Budget for India.
