We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Global Revenue Analyst focused on building our revenue process.
The GRO Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and updating key information on Professional Services projects in the Oracle Project Accounting module, Assist with addressing incoming requests via Service Desk Queue, and Supporting preparation of metrics and other operational activities necessary to ensure that projects are accounted for completion and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage revenue reporting, analyze trends and variances and identifying the root cause on a regular cadence.
• Run pre-defined reports from Oracle DBM, Power BI, 3rd party tools and create, transform and publish various revenue reconciliation reports.
• Review of Deferred Unbilled Revenue and analyze the root cause for Projects/Unbilled position, work with internal stakeholders to resolution.
• Support Monthly Financial Close process for revenue reconciliations, preparation of Accruals & Billing’s for Monthly and Quarterly cycles.
• Be Accountable for operational metrics including Inventory, Royalty and payables for accurate accounting representation and buy in from offshore and stakeholders.
• Review of Project Accounting in detail for Allocation of Resources, Projects Deliverables, Bill Rates, Revenue Recognition and Invoice generation.
• Own and support Technical Revenue Accounting process for reviewing customer contracts, Royalties and SOW’s to be adhered based on Legal policy guidelines
• Review and Monitor the inflow of support tickets on the Service desk queue and act according to the project accounting policies.
• Partner with offshore team in US & Business Operations to manage the close calendar deliverables.
Qualification and Professional Experience
 
• Work experience in RevPro ERP is plus.
• Initiative, Intelligence, Strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to listen and interpret the requirements of internal clients, plan accordingly and exceed expectations as well as deliver well-prepared, substantive, focused revenue reports to internal management.
• Ability to establish business relationship, develop strong partnerships and maintain trust with internal finance teams.
• Willingness to dig deep into details as well as the ability to assess the big picture.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA with Finance preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years work experience, with a strong focus in revenue management and analysis in a high-tech matrixed environment
• BCom is mandatory + ACCA first 7 to 9 papers qualified.
