Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conversion of financial statements from Indian GAAP to Ind-AS and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP OR vice versa
• Accounting advisory on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, IPO
• Hands-on experience of financial statement consolidation
• Audit and/or accounting advisory experience of listed companies
• Good knowledge of IFRS 9/Ind AS 109 is an add-on which will work in favour of aspirant

Desired Profile:

• ACCA Member with 7-9 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in accounting advisory with a Big 4 firm: 4+ years
