ACCA’s who have conquered the world

   We at ACCA are proud of our institute and what better way to give back than recognising some of the ACCA’s that have made it to the top. We know ACCA equips with you all the knowledge you need to become successful in this dynamic world, however there are a few who have shown its done. We have collated a very short list of ACCA’s that have conquered the world, hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed researching this.

 

Helen Brand - Helen Brand is the current Chief Executive of ACCA. She joined the organization in 2000 and has since led it through significant growth and expansion. Brand is a prominent figure in the accounting industry and has been named one of the most influential people in finance by Financial Director Magazine.

 

Chatri Sityodtong - Chatri Sityodtong is the founder and CEO of ONE Championship, a leading martial arts organization in Asia. He is also an ACCA member. Sityodtong has been named one of the most powerful people in Asian business by Forbes magazine.

 

Ian Powell - Ian Powell is the former Chairman of PwC UK, one of the largest professional services firms in the world. Powell is an ACCA member and has been recognized as one of the most powerful people in the accounting industry by Accountancy Age magazine.

 

Kenneth Lay - Kenneth Lay was the former Chairman and CEO of Enron, an energy company that famously collapsed in 2001 due to fraud and accounting irregularities. Lay was an ACCA member and had previously worked as an accountant and consultant.

 

Bob Moritz - Bob Moritz is the former Chairman of PwC International, the global network of PwC firms. Moritz is an ACCA member and has been recognized as one of the most influential people in finance by Financial Times. Under his leadership, PwC International saw significant growth and expansion.

 

These are just a few examples of the many ACCA members who have made significant contributions to the corporate world.
